When there is darkness in the room, then we think of switching on light. Similarly, when there is any negativity happening in life, we need to bring in positivity.
Being angry, sad, hurt, critical, harsh, judgemental, jealous is negativity within us. We need to bring positivity such as love, acceptance, kindness, compassion, and more to remove the negativity.
Our thoughts, words and behaviours need to be watched and checked by our ownselves to get aware of how much are we aware of changing negativity to positivity.
