The worst type of lying we practice, in order to deceive, is when we lie to ourselves. What do we get scared of being honest? Why do we have excuses? Why do we misrepresent our shortcoming with a lie? Why do we pursue lie for sinful desires, greed, temptations, temporary pleasure? Why do we lie to break the morals and ethics? Why do we lie for looking good or not good enough feelings? Why do we create guilt because of lying and decption?
Honesty and seeking the truth is always the way to go. Honesty engenders confidence, faith, empowers our willpower, represents us in the best way for others to see and witness our example, improves vitality, enhances respect for ourselves, features admirable behaviour in oursleves, increases self esteem, increases ethical and moral integrity..
Honesty is one of the key components to your character and wisdom. It is one of the most admired traits of any successful, responsible person, emotionally balanced person.
