Self-care is an important activity to do every day. But one size cannot fit all. We need to customise for ourself. Doing so will lead toward a better balance among your dimensions of wellness and lead toward improved overall health and wellness. Life is precious, and it is meant to be enjoyed.

We hardly care for our emotions to be in balance. Many a times we are not aware of the root cause of our anger and sadness. Many a times we side wall what we have to feel. Many a times we ignore and push away the feelings. Many a times we are aware of our emotions but we don't know how to deal with it.

Part 2: Emotional Self Care Ideas
1. Do something that makes you happy
2. Practice breathing techniques
3. Do mandala drawing
4. Try mindfulness exercises
5. Repeat positive affirmations
6. Write, write, write (journaling, poetry, bullet journals, etc.)
7. Allow yourself to express all of your emotions in a safe and appropriate environment, journaling is also great for this.
9. Do something nice for someone else without expecting reciprocation
10. Let go unwanted negative emotions. Life is fun. It should not be treated with emotional burden. Travel light.
