Getting rid of excess stuff can benefit your mental health by making you feel calmer, happier, and more in control. A tidier space can make for a more relaxed mind.
Diwali has just gone and people have decluttered physical space. But isn't it good to do all time rather than once a year? It sounds like a big project, it sounds where is the time? But setting aside just 20 minutes a week can have a big impact.hete are some tips:
✅At times we have too much and we have not used things over the years. Throw them.
✅Keep a designated box for giveaways to make things a little easier.
✅ At times we have attachments towards the possession and hence we cannot dispose, give valuables to someone who really can use it and appreciate it too.
✅ Start small. Pick one drawer or cabinet at one time..that becomes easier and also takes less time.
✅Keep some fixed time for decluttering. Or keep time when you are extremely low.
✅Don't strive for perfection. Also, try not to judge your spaces against those of other people.
✅Give away one item once a week. Donate clothes.
