Some Habits Are Good
*Put yourself first*

Don’t feel bad about putting yourself first. Women, especially, can grow accustomed to putting others first. Although there’s a time and a place for this, it shouldn’t’ be a habit that costs you your mental or emotional well-being.

How much you do what you like to do? Do you give priority to your responsibilities and duties first? Are you workholic? Is always putting others first, is part of your identity?
Do you dislike exercising and eating healthy, and use putting others first as a way to avoid doing those things?

Find the time to rest, relax, relieve pressure and stress. Take deep breathe. Priortize yourself and your needs. Draw boundaries if required. Keep balance between treating yourself and others. Talk to family, take support from family people. Take care of yourself.

Without recharging regularly,  you will put serious strain and stress on yourself. Whether it’s spending the day in bed or outdoors in nature, find what helps you decompress and dedicate time to this.
