Self-care is an important activity to do every day. But one size cannot fit all. How do we self care in sixth dimension of physical? Let's look at it!
Your body is the vehicle that should be in well maintained condition for your journey of life till your death. Here are some tips:
1. Work out daily, exercise, run, walk, yoga, meditation
2. Eat healthy food
3. Get your annual checkup, monitor your health parameters
4. Check your blood pressure, oxygen levels, sugar levels, blood timely if you have any health issues. Pay timely visits to the. Doctor if required
5. Take medications as prescribed, avoid drugs, alcohol, cigarette that causes health issues
6.Get 7-9 hours of sleep
7. Learn to listen to your body, your body whispers.
8. Declutter, organise your physical space regularly
9. Have a hobby that keeps you happy.
10. Avoid over exhaustung your body, go for spa, reflexology to pamper your body. Don't feel guilty to take care
11. Learn to say no when you have to.
12. Imperfection is ok. Don't trouble yourself by being perfectionist.
13. Your needs, your priorities, your self care should be always given first priority.
