Some Habits Are Good
*Learn, Unlearn, Relearn*
We learn consciously and unconsciously, but we need to unlearn and relearn consciously.
So often we are faced with challenges and then we are willing to learn in new ways, and during the COVID times we have learnt and unlearnt lots of new things. We need to show the perseverance in the face of adversity and have the desire to embrace a ‘new you’, with learn and unlearn.
Whether it’s learning to use new technology, learning skills, Learning business, or learning to manage, motivate or lead people, we need to continuously learn, unlearn, relearn skills.
When it comes to growth, opportunities, survival, we tend to learn and unlearn fast. When it comes to habits, behaviours and mindsets, we tend to unlearn and relearn slowly.
When you learn mindfully your own motivations, intentions, moods and mindsets, you shape a sense of 'who I am' and then unlearning and relearning becomes a part of learning.
