The Year That Went By
The year has brought its own share of triumphs and celebrations. I had the opportunity to slow down and yet do networking, develop new and innovative leadership and transformation programs, and connect with inspiring individuals from all walks of life.
1. Embrace Patience: Good things take time. The Universe has its own perfect timing, and my role is to take consistent action while trusting that everything will unfold in ther perfect time. Focus on the efforts, and give up the need to control the outcome.
2. Build Mental Resilience: While many people go through ups and downs, the ones who thrive are those who bounce back faster from the downs. The knowledge that 'this too shall pass' is a powerful motivator to keep moving forward. It's from the darkest nights, that the most beautiful dawns emerge!
3. Be yourself : life does not go as how you expect. Neither friends nor family behave the way you expect. You need to stop expecting and start understanding. Meanwhile, don't lose your center. Be yourself. Don't let negative emotions ride over you and loose connection with yourself.
May the coming year be filled with new hopes, coirage to savour each moment, and the resilience to navigate life's journey.
"I am open and receptive to all the abundance the Universe has to offer me. I am worthy of love, joy, and fulfilment. I trust the process of life to bring only good experiences my way. Everything happens for my better growth now and forever."
